Pete Rock, Black Thought, DJ Spinna, Just Blaze, Statik Selektah, Your Old Droog, Percee Pee, Karriem Riggins, and DJ Tara are set to perform at Madlovela, a benefit concert for producer Madlib and Altadena LA fire relief. Madlib lost his home to the recent Altadena fires. The benefit goes down February 19 from 7PM til 1AM at the Crown Hill Theater in Brooklyn, NY. Ticket prices range from $30 general admission to $100 VIP and can be purchased here.

Madlib is revered for his work with the late MF DOOM, J Dilla, and his alter ego Quasimoto. Producer Jazimoto also lost her home to the fires. She announced on social media on 1/8 that she was about evacuate her home, and the next day she posted, "My house is gone. I am sick and sad. Altadena is done." Jazimoto has worked with M.O.P., Teflon, and DJ Premier.
