Busta posted the announcement to social media, stating that he is being bestowed the honor for his contributions to community as an international Hip-Hop recording artist , music business entrepreneur, thespian, and humanitarian.

In other Busta news, producer Diamond D recently posted a snippet of an upcoming Busta collaboration. "New Busta Rhymes produced by yours truly for his album The Awakening," he posted.
