Run The Jewels Launch 'BaRTJ' Online Beer and Spirits Delivery Service

Published Wed, July 27, 2022 at 2:48 PM EDT

Run The Jewels has launched BaRTJ, an online delivery service for beer, spirits, and merch, which will be available in 45 states. The launch kicked off with three releases — "36" Chain" brewed in conjunction with Brooklyn Brewery, "Get It" in collaboration with Canada-based Collective Arts Brewing (available in the sTates exclusively through BaRTJ), and "All My Life" with Briana Brake of Spaceway Brewing. You can also grab a beer and merch pack which consists of a four-pack of craft beer, All My Life, pint glasses, and a hoodie on their site.

Killer Mike and El-P have long displayed their creativity with branding and marketing— from releasing their digital album for free to subscribers to creating crafty merchandise and tapping into the steadily booming craft beer industry early on. Beyond the launch of BaRTJ, they recently showed up on DJ Premier's latest effort, Hip Hop 50: The Soundtrack, with their track "Terrible 2's." Mike also recently dropped a new track, "Run" — his first solo release in more than a decade.

Currently, RTJ is on tour with Rage Against the Machine before they head overseas for a European run that kicks off on Aug. 24.
