Rock the Bells has teamed up with acclaimed illustrator Sanford Greene for a special edition superhero poster highlighting the legendary artists set to perform at the Rock the Bells Festival taking place on Aug. 6 in Queens, NY.

Greene's comic-book style poster features the artists from the stacked lineup — LL COOL J, Ice Cube, Rick Ross, Lil Kim, The Diplomats ft. Cam’ron, Jim Jones & Juelz Santana, Fat Joe & Remy Ma, Jadakiss, Scarface, Trina, N.O.R.E, Digable Planets, Busta Rhymes, Onyx, Havoc of Mobb Deep, Large Professor, DJ Z-Trip, DJ Scratch, and DJ Mister Cee. Greene has worked for Marvel, DC, Dark Horse and Image Comics, helping to reshape the Marvel characters Power Man and Iron Fist. He's also done illustration for Black Panther and Luke Cage.

Most recently Greene worked on the Eisner and Ringo award-winning Bitter Root, an action/horror fantasy set during the Harlem Renaissance, published by Image comics. Oscar-winning actress Regina King has been tapped to direct an adaptation of the comic book, with Black Panther's Ryan Coogler serving as producer.

As for the festival, in addition to the performances, it will feature the first-ever Hip-Hop food court experience, the Trill Mealz Food Court. Curated by rap legend Bun B, it will include a selection of food and beverage vendors from legendary Hip-Hop artists including Nas, E-40, Jadakiss and Styles P, Mia X, and Ghostface Killah.

Tickets for the festival are available for purchase atwww.rockthebells.com/festival. For every ticket sale, Rock The Bells will donate partial proceeds to the Universal Hip-Hop Museum in the Bronx whose mission is to celebrate and preserve the people, artifacts, and stories that echo from 1973 to the present.
