Nicki Minaj just scored another major victory in a career that's been full of them — she just became the first solo female rapper to debut at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 since Lauryn Hill in 1998 with her latest song, "Super Freaky Girl."

This marks her first Hot 100 No. 1 as an unaccompanied artist and her third overall, according to Billboard. The track, which samples the Rick James 1981 classic, "Super Freak," boasted 21.1 million streams, 4.6 million radio airplay audience impressions and 89,000 downloads sold in its first week (Aug. 12-18), according to Luminate.

“Super Freaky Girl” is also the rapper's 21st Hot 100 top 10, and her second this year, joining her earlier release, “Do We Have a Problem?” with Lil Baby.

This has been a big year for Nicki, who will also receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at this year's MTV Video Music Awards. Nicki has previously received 17 VMA nominations and won five awards. She'll also MC the awards, alongside LL COOL J and Jack Harlow.
