The Nappy Roots have released their new EP, Brew Day, a compilation of the five singles that they've released so far this year. The EP puts a cap on a year of continuous and consistent delivery of new music with that classic Nappy Roots uplifting sentiment, conscious lyricism, and southern rap sound to fans and Hip-Hop heads alike.

Brew Day contains "Play Clothes", "Floatin' With The Wind", "Home Fried", "Kiss The Shy", and "Howlin' At The Moon". The project sets the tone for thier upcoming full album - Liquor Store Kids - set to drop Spring 2025, and feature some of the best and brightest artists and producers.

The group performed their hit song, "Good Day" with guitarist Brady Watt for a recent episode of "Bars & Bass". The performance took place at the group’s brewery, Atlantucky. Nappy Roots give an almost acapella performance of the song, featuring just Brady’s bass as the backdrop.

The collaboration is set to release future performances including “Po’ Folks”, “Kiss The Sky” and “No Static” with a cameo by Greg Nice. Brady is a bass guitarist and producer who has teamed up with other Hip-Hop legends including Onyx, The Furious 5, Arrested Development, Masta Ace, DJ Premier, AZ, and The Pharcyde.
