Flavor Flav visited Harvard University where he spent the day meeting with students and donated his iconic clock chain.

TMZ reports Flav visited the school on Tuesday (April 4), and even led a table read of Emily Dickinson’s 1896 poem “A Clock Stopped" before tying the classic poem to some of his lyrics. Afterward, he passed his legendary chain to renowned professors Henry Louis Gates and Tommie Shelby. Lupe Fiasco, Dee-1, DJ Stretch Armstrong and Khaliah Ali, the former wife of Muhammad Ali, also stopped by Harvard.

Flavor Flav got back to music this year with the release of "Put Your Hands In the Air" on New Year's Eve. Flav had a busy 2022 — from performing during Paula Abdul's show at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade to taking part in an all-star tribute to the late Coolio shortly after the "Fantastic Voyage" rapper's death in October. He also celebrated two years of sobriety last fall.

"Day by day. Year by year. Thx to God, family, friends, and all y’all," he said.
