Flavor Flav had a busy 2022. He famously stole the show during Paula Abdul's performance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. He also took part in an all-star tribute to the late Coolio shortly after the "Fantastic Voyage" rapper's death in October.
And, perhaps most significantly, Flav celebrated two years of sobriety this past fall.
"Day by day. Year by year. Thx to God, family, friends, and all y’all," he said. He also added on Instagram:
“FLAVOR FLAV::: two years of sobriety y’all, I am very proud of myself, I just had to let everybody know it I’m proud of me,” the 63-year-old, captioned an Instagram clip of himself breaking down which habits he's done away with. “Today is Oct. 19. Guess what? I am two years, no cigarettes, two years, no alcohol and you know what? I feel real good y'all, just to let you know."
