Stic says the book is about the five major life lessons he's learned throughout his varied experiences, and how he's applied them to his current lifestyle.
"It’s about my personal growth journey in healthy living; what I’ve been through, what I practice, and what I’ve learned from 5 major life lessons that I continue to live and thrive by," Stic, who is also an adjunct professor at NYU, captioned his post announcing the book. "I didn’t want to just tell my story I wanted to make sure the takeaways are actionable and practical for anyone to apply and benefit from. It covers everything from mindset, to honoring your own nutritional instincts, to finding fitness that fulfills you, to respecting rest, to psychological keys for staying disciplined and inspired. There’s also an exploration of the many deep connections between health and hip hop."
