Slick Rick, Rob Base, The Sugarhill Gang, Roxanne Shanté, and More to Perform at 'Hip Hop Fever'

Slick Rick, Rob Base, Brand Nubian, Roxanne Shanté, Grand Master Caz, and more are slated to appear at Hip-Hop Fever on Oct. 29 in New Jersey.

"Come watch me work!" Caz captioned a post announcing the event earlier this month.

Grand Wizzard Theodore and DJ Hollywood will DJ the set which will also feature Soul Sonic Force, Grandmaster Melle Mel and Scorpio, and Playgirl Ari.

Earlier this year, Caz, The Sugarhill Gang and Slick Rick were all on hand at the National Hip-Hop Museum's induction ceremony. Hosted by Master Gee of The Sugarhill Gang and Rock The Bell's own Grandmaster Caz, the 2022 ceremony celebrated the legacies of Queens icon Kool G Rap, "The Ruler" Slick Rick, sophisticated rap stars Whodini, the legendary U.T.F.O., Speech of Arrested Development and superproducer/rapper Diamond D.
