Hip-Hop legend Roxanne Shanté recently had a sit down with dancehall queen Spice on her Rock The Bells radio show, Have A Nice Day.

Shanté caught up with Spice to talk about her new single, "Spice Marley," and the importance of finding balance. Check out four key moments from her interview with the dancehall star.

1. Spice knows how to sit in a dress with flair.

"I said to myself, wait a minute, this looks like a whole video right here!" Shanté declared. "I learned from Spice how to sit in a muthf-ckin dress when it's painted on."

2. Spice is back and better than ever after suffering from medical complications last year.

"Listen, I've been through the darkest road and I'm back now I'm ready," Spice said. "Jesus is the King of all Kings. He definitely brought me back."

3. Shante says Spice's stage show is "unmatched."

"We've never caught Spice on a bad day!" Shanté declared before Spice explained that she's planning to wear blue for the entire year. "I spend a lot on my music videos, my costumes for performances because they really mean a lot to me..." she said.

4. Spice can throw down in the kitchen.

She says if you stop by, expect oxtails, jerk chicken, plantains, and "maybe some rice & peas" on the side.
