ROCK THE BELLS' series starring LL COOL J, DJ Z-Trip, and Greg Nice, Salute The Sample is back for a third season.
The show, which features LL, Greg and Z-Trip, dissecting and analyzing samples from dope Hip-Hop songs we love, kicked off the new season by tracing the sample origins of the 1994 Nas classic, "The World Is Yours" featuring Pete Rock. The track derives from legendary jazz pianist Ahmad Jamal's song "I Love Music," featured on his 1970 album, The Awakening.
