On Tuesday (11/8) Jay-Z's longtime engineer, Young Guru posted a picture of Jay posing with 20 or so of his Grammys.

Guru captioned the picture of the reclusive MC with, "It's crazy how one 5-minute convo with HOV can refocus your entire life. I appreciate you big Homie. My anchor is strong. For motivational purposes only. But this is my real life!"

In the picture, Jay is seen with 21 of his 24 Grammys, and he appears to be drinking out of one of the awards — a possible homage to the picture of him sipping his own D'Usse' cognac from one of his trophies at the 2013 Grammy ceremony. In the picture, the awards are surrounded by various snacks as well.

Jay has received 83 nominations throughout his career, winning 24 Grammy's. He earned his first Grammy for Best Rap Album with Vol.2 Hard Knock Life in 1998 and is tied with Kanye West for the most Grammy's earned by a rap artist in history. Amongst his wins are Best Rap Performance for "Otis" in 2011 , Best Rap Song for "Empire State of Mind" with Alicia Keyes in 2009 and Best rap Song for 2009's "Run This Town" with Rhianna.
