Kendrick Lamar released his fifth album Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers today (May 13) and the sprawling double album features noteworthy guest appearances from a wide range of artists including Kodak Black and Beth Gibbons of Portishead. One of the standout guest spots comes courtesy of Ghostface Killah, who appears alongside Summer Walker on album standout "Purple Hearts."

Lamar has announced that Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers will be his last album for the Top Dawg Entertainment label. “As I produce my final TDE album," he shared via Instagram back in Aug. 2021. "I feel joy to have been a part of such a cultural imprint after 17 years. The Struggles. The Success. And most importantly, the Brotherhood. May the Most High continue to use Top Dawg as a vessel for candid creators.
