The LOX have dropped a new freestyle on the latest 'Red Bull Spiral'. Following the viral Joey Bada$$/Big Sean/ Ab-Soul cypher, which has been dominating music headlines for the past two weeks, the Yonkers trio drop heat on episode two of the one-take freestyle rap series' third season.

Styles P sets things off with a verse about loyalty and betrayal, while Sheek blasts fake friends and supporters. Jadakiss, who celebrates his birthday today (5/27) spits: "We trained for combat here/Gettinn busy doing work like it’s a contract year"

The LOX join  joins the ranks of Pusha T, Method Man, Redman, Flo Milli, Raekwon, DDG, Cash Cobain, and EarthGang who all released Red Bull Spiral sessions last year.
