In celebration of the the 30th anniversary of Souls of Mischief's hit single and album 93 'Til Infinity, the quartet appear on Red Bull's Spiral where they performed an updated version of the classic song with new lyrics.

This performance marks the first Red Bull Spiral episode that an artist has performed new verses over an existing song. Based on the Japanese format, Red Bull Rasen, Red Bull Spiral brings America's top artists together in Red Bull's state-of -the-art recording studio to deliver flawless performances in one take. Past Spiral performers include Coast Contra and Armani Caesar, Rome Streetz and Jay Worthy of Griselda Records. Souls' performance comes as they continue their Around The World In 93 Dates tour which runs until September.

quotes
’93 is when it all kicked off for them. '93 'Til Infinity' — one of the most popular records that dropped back in the day. It’s from my home boys, they still doin it, still going hard in the yard, Souls of Mischief. I'll see y’all in the hall of fame one day.

- Snoop Dogg

Souls of Mischief exhibit the same raw energy on the Spiral episode as they do in their highly celebrated live performances. Lyrically, they haven't missed a step with their updated verses packing the same cleverness and wit as the original version.

Tajai spits: "I'm monumental your mental mono/ plus your manos is minimal mine is Monsanto/ lab grown - crack bones when I palm your dentals/ I hope you got incidentals for your rentals/ loss and damage when I wa(i)ve the cannons- landed in your quarter panel and started expanding/ that’s what you get for gambling with the rambling/ pull up and take flight like Amblin/ mic champion thangs like Ambiens."

93 'Til Infinity is Souls of Mischief's highest charting album to date, peaking at #17 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and #85 on the Billboard 200. In January 1988, the album was named as one of the top Rap albums of all time by The Source.
