Remy Ma-Hosted 'My True Crime Story' Gets Season 2 Release Date

Remy Ma will be returning for season 2 of VH1's series, My True Crime Story. The Grammy Award-winning rapper/actress narrates the show, which details stories of real crime from across the country, Shadow & Act reports.

"Remy Ma narrates each episode of thrilling tales, told in first-person by the people who lived them," a press release states. "The series sheds light on the rise, fall and redemption of each individual as they tell their unbelievable and scandalous stories."

Remy said she's excited for the return of the series. “We get another opportunity to share first-hand experiences as well as stories of redemption,” Remy Ma said. “I’m looking forward for viewers to be able to relate, learn and grow as they watch this new season.”

The series returns on Aug. 29 on VH1.
