A new TMZ produced documentary, TMZ No BS: DMX chronicles the troubled life of Ruff Ryders MC DMX and debuts on Tubi tomorrow (5/17).

"DMX is one of rap’s most iconic figures, ascending to superstardom after rising from the streets of Yonkers to the top of the music world," Tubi says. "Despite his incredible success, a slew of legal and personal problems plagued the life of Earl Simmons. TMZ NO BS: DMX presents the story of one of the most legendary hip hop artists of all time — and the demons that haunted him until his untimely death."

A trailer for the documentary debuted on Tubi's YouTube channel on yesterday (5/15). The second anniversary of DMX's passing was just last month and many of the Yonkers MC's contemporaries paid tribute and shared personal stories about X online.

DMX friend and collaborator Swizz Beatz recently appeared on The Breakfast Club where he discussed life after DMX.

"It don't even feel like he's gone,"he said. "It feels like he's just away somewhere chillin'. The anniversary [of his death] comes around and I'm like, 'whoa.' Or I speak to his fiancé or son, and I'm like, 'whoa.'"

Swizz explains that reality kicks in when he scrolls through his phone and sees pictures or videos. "The thing that makes me feel easy about it is that he came to me. I seen him in my dreams, and it was like super quick, and he let me know he was good. I felt him, I smelled him. I just couldn't hear him talk. He looked like he did the last time I seen him. He was watching 'South Park."
