Lyrical maestros Lupe Fiasco and Aesop Rock have paired up on a new track. The new song is called "Pumpkin Seeds," and is single released to support The Collaboratory, a Dayton, Ohio based non-profit that aims to create an “infrastructure for people and organizations to collaboratively develop community initiatives that generate new economic, civic and creative opportunities and value.”

"Pumpkin Seeds" was released on Friday (December 9), and proceeds will help The Collaboratory renovate and refurbish two local skate parks: the Claridge Park DIY in Central Dayton and the Home Ave DIY in West Dayton.

"Pumpkin Seeds" is produced by Blockhead, and in addition to the new track, Aesop and his label Rhymesayers have announced a capsule collection of “Pumpkin Seeds” merch. The merchandise is also in support of The Collaboratory and is released in a limited 7” vinyl edition that will be available in black as well as two other deluxe colored editions; an exclusive “Pumpkin Seeds” shirt; and two skate deck designs.

The official release is February 7, but pre-orders are available now.
