As part of Netflix's Geek Week, the streaming service has released a teaser for Kid Cudi and black-ish creator Kenya Barris's new animated series Entergalactic. The series borrows is based on Cudi's upcoming album of the same name, and the voice cast includes Jessica Williams, Timothee Chalamet, Ty Dolla $ign, Laura Harrier, Vanessa Hudgens, Christopher Abbott, 070 Shake, Teyana Taylor, Jaden Smith, Keith David, Arturo Castro, Macaulay Culkin and Kid Cudi.

Entergalactic, (which also features music from Cudi's album), follows Jabari, a young artist voiced by Cudi, who attempts to balance love and success in New York City. Netflix describes the series as "an explosion of art, music and fashion."

In addition to starring and co-creating, Cudi writes the series along with Ian Edelman and both serve as executive producers, alongside Barris. No release date has been set for the album or series, but Netflix is reportedly looking at a fall premiere. Earlier this year, Cudi tweeted his excitement for the project.

"I am so fuckin' proud of this show," he shared at the time. "U have no idea what ur in for. 3 years in the making. ENTERGALACTIC is the greatest piece of art we've ever made."

Cudi was also recently featured on Pusha T's album It's Almost Dry, and was initially included on Donda 2, but Kanye West removed Cudi—allegedly due to Cudi's friendship with West's latest foe, SNL alum Pete Davidson.
