It's the most wonderful time of the year when everyone shares their year-end lists. Jay-Z is in on the fun, offering up his favorite songs of 2022 via TIDAL.
JAY-Z’s Year End Picks 2022 features 41 songs that span genres — from Hip-Hop, R&B, and Afrobeats, to Reggaeton, and pop.
Of course, Beyoncé is on the list, given she arguably delivered the best album of the year with Renaissance. Snoh Aalegra and SZA also show up in Jay's R&B picks. Kendrick Lamar's Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, Drake and 21 Savage's Her Loss, Pusha T's It's Almost Dry, Metro Boomin's Heroes & Villains, Nas' King's Disease 3, and Vince Staples' Ramona Park Broke My Heart are among the Hip-Hop artists Jay had in his rotation in 2022.
In other Jay news, it's been rumored that the third act of Bey's Renaissance trilogy is a joint album between the married couple. If so, it'd be their first joining project since 2018's acclaimed Everything Is Love.
