In a new episode of the iONE digital series, I Got Questions, Jadakiss and Dave East linked up to share there Hip-Hop stories.

While discussing when both MCs saw themselves at the top of their game, Jadakiss pointed to being embraced by the late Notorious B.I.G.

“We used to write rhymes that we wanted him to hear," he said. "Then after being signed to Bad Boy, having him tell us, 'I'm glad y’all are down with me' that’s a cream-of-the-crop moment right there.”

Dave East cited a co-sign from Nasty Nasty and members of the Wu-Tang Clan as high moments for him. “Having Esco co-sign me, then it was Rae, Meth and the Wu?' he remembered. “Gotta cherish that moment, man.”

The duo also recounted great times performing live on the road as high points. When Dave asked Jada if he recalled their first meeting, Jada replied that he didn't, but that he was familiar with Dave and his music before they actually met in person.

“Every time you’d come up to D-Block, I wouldn’t be around," he explained. "But I heard about you and heard your music way before I met you." Dave says that he remembered meeting Kiss on his third visit to D-Block. "It was the third of fourth visit, then I got you and P on 'Everything Lit' and that was it."
