Dave Chappelle is set to host Saturday Night Live on Nov. 12, following the mid-term elections. This will make the third time the legendary comedian appeared on the show following a big election — he appeared on Nov. 7, 2020, within days of Joe Biden’s presidential election win, and also on Nov. 12, 2016, after Donald Trump's win.
Chappelle will be joined on SNL by Black Star, who'll perform as the musical guests for the show. Chappelle, Yasiin Bey and Talib Kweli host the Midnight Miracle podcast, and frequently appear together outside of their hosting duties, including appearances in Paris earlier this year for performances as well as in Napa Valley at the Blue Note Jazz Festival.
In addition to his appearance on SNL, Chappelle is set to embark on a short joint tour with Chris Rock. The trek will take place over seven dates throughout December on the west coast.
