Dave Chappelle is up for a Grammy — again. Per Variety, the comedian is nominated in the comedy album category for the album version of his Netflix special, The Closer. He's up against Louis C.K., Patton Oswalt, Jim Gaffigan and Randy Rainbow in the category.

Chappelle also won in 2020 (“Sticks & Stones”), 2019 (“Equanimity & The Bird Revelation”), and in 2018 (“The Age of Spin & Deep in the Heart of Texas”). Last year, he was nominated in the best spoken word category for the album “8:46" about the killing of George Floyd.

Chappelle recently hosted SNL, where Black Star also performed. In December, he'll embark on a co-headlining tour with Chris Rock. The trek will take place over seven dates throughout December on the west coast.
