Fat Joe and Ja Rule battle it out in Verzuz

Who Won The Fat Joe And Ja Rule Verzuz Battle?

On Tuesday (Sept. 14), Ja Rule and Fat Joe faced off for a Verzuz battle at Madison Square Garden’s Hulu Theater, blessing fans with a nostalgia-filled evening as the two went track- for-track with their era-defining early 2000s hits. The night was filled with WWE-level trash-talking, timeless chart-topping hits, and special guest appearances from Lil Mo, Nelly, Remy Ma, Vita, Ashanti, and Verzuz all-star Jadakiss.

The evening was absolutely iconic, with spirited performances from both of the New York emcees; it was hard to name a winner. Well, in efforts to crown the official winner of the battle, we at Rock the Bells went Track 4 Track to decide who came out on top of the classic single feud.

The emcees didn’t make it easy; between Joe’s gritty New York street anthems and club bangers to Ja Rules radio-friendly genre-bending duets, the score was cut pretty close. After thorough analysis and heated debates, we found Fat Joe coming out on top with the final score of 10-9 in Fat Joe’s favor.

It was a tough decision, but Fat Joe is the official winner of RTB Track 4 Track. Who do you think came out on top? Check out the full video to get some reactions to the Fat Joe Verzuz Ja Rule battle from us at Rock the Bells.
