Diddy recently released the video for "Gotta Move On" from his fifth studio album Off THe Grid Vol.1. The new album will be released on Diddy's new Love Records, and is his first full-length studio album since Press Play, which was released in 2006.

Labeled as a short film, the Teyana Taylor-directed video features Tiffany Haddish, Joie Chavis, and Diddy's sons Christian, Quincy, and Justin. The visual takes place at Club Love where Diddy sees his ex on the dance floor and fails to get her to give him any attention. After throwing a tantrum in the bathroom of the club, he returns and a new woman in the club catches his attention.

Diddy recently announced his newest musical venture, Love Records, and his partnership with Motown Records. While hosting the 2022 Billboard Awards (which he also executive produced) Diddy introduced his first Love Records signee, Jozzy, who debuted her new song “Replay” which will appear on her upcoming EP. Combs recently spoke to Vanity Fair and explained his motivation for creating an all R&B label.

"I feel like R&B was abandoned and it's a part of our African-American culture," he said. "I'm not signing any artist. I'm doing 50-50 partnerships with pure transparency because when you know better you do better. The new label lets us own the genre because right now, we don't own Hip-Hop. We have a chance to and I'm going to make sure that we own R&B."
