The Game has been very vocal about many things since February’s Super Bowl Halftime Show that he feels he was unfairly omitted from. Perhaps it’s the fact that he is readying a new album, or maybe he just needs to get some things off of his chest, but The Game continues to taunt Eminem; and according to The Game's manager (and Hip-Hop provocateur Wack 100), the Cali emcee has a new diss track aimed at Slim Shady.
In a Clubhouse chat from April 3, Wack 100 says that The Game's new diss track will end Em’s career. “We starting a fire,” Wack said. ”The Black Slim Shady is comin’. He better be ready, because he [The Game] done went crazy.”
Titled "The Black Slim Shady," the ten-minute diss track features The Game taking shots at Eminem and other big-name rappers like Jay-Z, Drake, and Nas.
The diss track surprised many, as the Compton rapper has previously praised Eminem as one of his favorite rappers. However, it seems that The Game has taken issue with Eminem's recent comments about the state of rap and the popularity of drill music.
The track goes after Marshall Mathers personally, with digs about his long-time friend Dr. Dre and his ex-wife Kim. The Game even alludes to Eminem’s daughter Hailie and references the Detroit rap god’s feud with MGK.
The diss track was briefly trending and caused quite a stir on social media, with fans of both The Game and Eminem taking sides. Some fans have even started to speculate that The Game's 2022 album Drillmatic: Heart vs. Mind would feature more diss tracks aimed at Eminem.
Wack says that The Game’s motivation is purely friendly competition between two MCs; and he points out that, due to Em’s responses to Machine Gun Kelly and Nick Cannon, he’s no competition for The Game, lyrically. Wack also called Eminem disrespectful, pointing out that he has dissed his mother, his daughter mother and himself. “If he don’t mind doing this to hisself [sic], ain’t no limits to where he gon’ go with another mothafucka,” Wack proclaimed.
