Pharrell Launches Creative Advocacy Agency Mighty Dream

Published Thu, September 15, 2022 at 3:53 PM EDT

Pharrell Williams has launched a creative advocacy agency, Mighty Dream Adweek reports. Created in collaboration with Edelman, the agency was derived from his 2021 Elephant in the Room panel.

Adweek reports Mighty Dream "will exclusively develop products and creative solutions that solve some of the societal challenges that have impacted marginalized communities" and work with brands to bring the solutions to fruition. Pharrell will serve as co-chair and founder of Mighty Dream along with Lisa Osborne Ross, CEO of Edelman U.S.

“If someone asks me what inspires me, I always say, ‘That which is missing.’ It’s the clearest path to being additive to society and finding new solutions for real problems,” Pharrell told Adweek. “Mighty Dream aims to create what’s missing: in creativity, in advocacy, in society.”
