Arabian Prince, one of the founding members of N.W.A. is following in the footsteps of many other notable Hip-Hop personalities – kind of.

While Method Man and Snoop Dogg are utilizing the metaverse to deliver entertainment opportunities such as gaming and music, Kim Nazel, aka The Arabian Prince told MARKET WATCH that he wants to use the metaverse as a form of escapism. He wants to use the virtual world to create a “photorealistic digital twin” of the United States healthcare system where patients can interact with doctors, get prescriptions and have access to feedback on care easier than in real life.

Arabian Prince, a self-described nerd from Compton, California, taught himself coding as a teen in order to produce dance music like J.J. Fad’s smash hit “Supersonic." He now lives in Marina del Rey and uses Nvidia Corporation’s NVDA 3-D platform Omniverse and Epic Games Unreal Engine to build the first medical metaverse, known as MdDao which was unveiled today (April 20).

“We have been speaking with Arabian Prince about his project and their plans to use Omniverse for building their virtual world," said Richard Kerris, vice president of Nvidia’s Omniverse Platform Development. "It’s not a partnership as of now, it’s first about working together. We’re excited about his project.”

Arabian Prince estimates that it could take eight months to a year for the platform to be ready.

“MdDAO will address the shortcomings inherent in our current healthcare system as well as design and construct a more personalized approach to health and wellness," Prince told Nebraska Central. "The release of our membership NFT tiers is the critical first step on our path to redefining how we deliver and experience health and wellness. This is a pivotal moment. Join us to reimagine the future of health and wellness!”
