Kendrick Lamar's viral Drake diss track, "Not Like Us" has spent 21 weeks on Billboard's Hot Rap Songs, beating Lil Nas X's "Old Town Road" which spent 20 weeks on the same chart. The feat makes "Not Like Us" the Rap song that has spent the most time at number one in the 35 years that the chart has existed.

Lil Nas X and Jack Harlow's "Industry Baby"spent 19 weeks at number one, while "Hot Boyz" by Missy Elliot makes her the female rap artist with the longest charting Billboard single. Iggy Azalea's "Fancy", and Drake's "Hot Line Bling" also spent 18 weeks at number one.

"Not Like Us" has also earned the distinction of making Pitchfork's list of the 'Best Songs Of The 2020's So Far'. Pitchfork names "Not Like Us" the third best song of the decade. The list is said to contain the "Greatest songs that moved culture, coined genres, and our still stuck in our heads, from the months before the pandemic to Brat Summer." Other songs from the list include "Poland" by Lil Yachty at #100, "Nevada" by NBA YoungBoy #87, "SZA's "Good Days" at #67, and "A&W" by Lana Del Rey at #1.
