On Monday (3/14) Ma$e posted a new song titled “Oracle 2: The Liberation of Mason Betha.” In the song Ma$e accused Diddy of being from the suburbs of Mt Vernon, while claiming New York. Ma$E also accuses Puffy of exploiting The Notorious B.I.G.’s death.

On the song which is a follow up to 2017’s “The Oracle” (where Ma$E dissed his former Children Of The Corn group member Camron), Ma$e spits “Yeah, I’m just a Harlem n***a reppin’ down a Vegas strip with my own Suge/You from Mt Vernon go and rep your own hood/I’m not hatin’ on your billi worth/right now I’m just sayin’ what you really work/You ain’t no architect/You just a n***a who know how to market death.

Mase rose to fame as one of the primary players in what some dub the “shiny suit” era of Rap in the late 1990’s. Features with his label mates Diddy, The Notorious B.I.G. and Total set the stage for his Harlem World and Double Up albums.

In 1999 Ma$e retired from music became an ordained minister at Clark Atlanta University. After five years Ma$e returned to music releasing the full-length album Welcome Back. In January of last year he was named pastor of the Gathering Oasis Church in Atlanta.
