On the heels of releasing his 14th studio album, THE FORCE, LL COOL J performed a medley of his biggest hits at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards. In front of a crowd carrying picket signs with images of goats, adorned in red terry cloth Kangol hats, (one of his signature accessories), LL set off his performance with his 2004 Timbaland produced hit "Headsprung".
Other highlights include bringing out his Def Jam labelmates Public Enemy for "Bring The Noise", along with snippets of "Mama Said Knock You Out", "Around The Way Girl", and "Rock The Bells". Dipping into his newly released album, THE FORCE, LL performed "Passion" and "Proclivities", before ending the energetic performance with "Doin' It" from 1995's Mr. Smith. LL remains GOAT.
