Jim Jones was recently a guest on AllHipHop's podcast, The Amazing AllHipHop Podcast, and revealed that Dr. Dre has an EP's worth of songs featuring Dipset, calling the session a "great night."
The rapper said Dre had pulled Dipset into a session to help him "recreate his sound" for an album he was working on. He also confirmed that the legendary producer is indeed a perfectionist in the studio.
“It was the first time had somebody really make me do my verse over like twenty times,” Jones said. “It had made me think about Tupac and Snoop and all the others that had to get the beats from Dre."
As for the songs seeing the light of day, Jones said don't count on it — at least not until they have a conversation. “He better not put it out because I am charging him $2 million for my verse," he said.
