Born Joseph Kirkland, the Bronx native has established himself as one of rap’s best double threats; and throughout the 1990s, 2000s and beyond, the Diggin’ in the Crates Crew member has impacted top acts. D has worked with an enviable list of legends: KRS-One, Pharoah Monche, Fugees, Queen Latifah, and, of course, his Diggin' In The Crates fam such as Fat Joe, Showbiz & A.G., and Lord Finesse.
