Bay Area Producer Traxamillion Dead; E-40, Problem and More Pay Tribute

Bay Area producer Traxamillion, born Sultan Banks, has passed away. He produced for such West Coast rap stars as E-40, Keak Da Sneak and The Pack; a fixture in the Bay Area. He also collaborated with everyone from Too $hort to Mistah F.A.B. Traxamillion was pivotal in the hyphy movement; and songs like Keak da Sneak’s “Super Hyphy.”

E-40 posted on Instagram about the late producer.

“Rest up my fella you will be missed,” he wrote. “@traxamillion you was definitely a [GOAT] in my eyes glad to be part of your journey #gonebutneverforgotten #fuckcancer.”

News of death led to reactions across social media.
