Red Lobster Names Meal After Flavor Flav For 'Crabfest'

Red Lobster has named a meal after Public Enemy hype man and reality television star Flavor Flav. It all started when Flav purchased every item on the menu, in an effort to save the struggling restaurant. In a recent exclusive interview with Rock The Bells Flav revealed, "Red Lobster has been a favorite spot to take my family to since 1987." he continued,"we gotta save those cheddar biscuits. They're tryin' to close their doors, but I ain't tryin' to let'em!"

Flav performed voice-over for Red Lobster's new "Crabfest" not long after initially buying every menu item, then he purchased every item a second time. The restaurant has now named a dish after him. "Flavor Flav's Favs" consists of just that; a Maine lobster tail paired with ½ lb. snow crab legs, served with garlic shrimp scampi, bacon mac & cheese and choice of one side.

In other Flavor Flav news, Flav has joined LL COOL J's Rock The Bells Radio with his Flavor of The Week show, which premiered last month. Flav will host the weekly music and interview show from the SiriusXM studio at Wynn Las Vegas on Rock The Bells Radio channel 43. The first episode featured Flav spotlighting some of his favorite Hip-Hop Summer anthems. Flavor Of The Week airs every Monday at 10p ET.
