“I’m helping new comedians out right now; I’ve helped a lot of artists throughout my career,” Positive told ROCK THE BELLS. “I have a big show at the Atlanta Comedy Theatre. I put on comedians like Rodney Perry, Marvin Hunter, and Zoo Williams. I have always been the one to crack jokes. MC Lyte told me it would be a shame if I did not do any stand-up comedy."
Positive K debuted as a rap artist in 1987 with his First Priority released single, "Quarter Gram Pam." He also released "Step Up Front" and "I'm Not Havin' It" before leaving the label and releasing The Skills Dat Pay Da Bills on Island Records in 1992.
