In a recent interview with LL COOL J for ROCK THE BELLS, supergroup Mount Westmore talked about early Hip-Hop, their new self-titled album, and more. In one especially notable clip, E-40, who's long been known for spitting game, offers up some advice.

"I always say, putting your pride to the side saves lives," he said. LL COOL J immediately was impressed, and asked him to say it again. "That's a bar right there," LL declared, as Z-Trip asked him to "rewind that back."

E-40 repeated the sentiment, and LL was impressed again. "I want to do the hand clap shit on that," he said.

"Pride is always in the way of something," E-40 continued as Ice Cube chimed in "Pride comes before the fall. The Bible tells you that."

"Amen," LL agrees.
