On a recent episode of Gold Minds with Kevin Hart, guest Method Man revealed that he still fans out over LL COOL J. While discussing the music that he listens to Meth says: "As time goes on I'm gonna fall in love with some of the newer stuff, but when I really wanna sit down and listen to stuff I turn on the old station."

Host Kevin Hart gives props to Rock The Bells for "Embracing that version of Hip-Hop that not only existed, but still exists today." Meth then says that he still holds LL COOL J in high regards. "I still fan out over LL COOL J, and he'll tell you that," the TICAL MC says. "People dont talk enough about COOL J man. He made his first record at 16."
