Lloyd Banks Reveals His Top 5 Punchline Rappers

Former G-Unit member Lloyd Banks was a guest on a recent episode of the "Jalen and Jacoby" podcast, where he was asked by former NBA player/current ESPN analyst Jalen Rose who his favorite punchline rappers are. His list was impressive.

"I would say Big L, Lord Finesse, Jadakiss, Fabolous and I would have to take the last spot," he answered.

"That's how to stick the landing, Simone Biles, perfect 10!" Rose responded.

In a recent Billboard interview Banks cited The Notorious B.I.G. as his overall favorite MC. "Biggie is my favorite artist of all time," he revealed. "His flows are like breaking the rules. Just the way he lined his shit up to me was crazy and the story telling aspects too."

Lloyd Banks released The Course Of The Inevitable 2 on July 15.

“With this project, we’re all older, he has two kids now, and you can see the things that he’s talking about and the direction that he’s bringing the content," his engineer, Pat Viala, told Rock The Bells. "You can see the progression in life."

The Course Of The Inevitable 2 features songs with Benny The Butcher, Freddie Gibbs, Ransom and more. See the Jalen and Jacoby clip above.
