LL COOL J has engaged in wars of words with some of the games biggest MC's. Ice T, Kool Moe Dee, MC Shan and others have traded words on records with L, but on a recent episode of The Ray Daniels Podcast, LL COOL J revealed his toughest battle. "Out of all of them I would say Canibus, because he was a pain in the ass, and I was a little more disconnected, so it made it way more difficult," he recalled.

"I was on sitcoms and he's biting on my ear and my calf muscle," LL says of where the two MC's were at the time. "I was like this shit is crazy. This dude is fuckin' wit' me. And our culture is crazy about the shit, they wont leave you alone."

LL's first full length album in ten years is scheduled for release on 9/6. The FORCE features Snoop Dogg, Saweetie, Busta Rhymes, Nas, Eminem, Fat Joe, Rick Ross, and more. The FORCE (Frequencies of Real Creative Energy) is entirely produced by Q-Tip of ATCQ. The project represents years of intense work, which the "I'm Bad" MC likens to “learning how to rap again.” “It’s like a director going back to film school after he’s had blockbusters,” LL says, or “Denzel going back to acting class.”
