Washington D.C.'s National Hip-Hop Museum is set to induct Grand Puba Maxwell of Brand Nubian and The Lady Of Rage on Saturday September 29 at the National Hip-Hop Shop at 1919 18th St. NW in the nations capital. Doors open at 1PM with a live podcast and induction following.
"The National Hip Hop Museum thinks that it's important to consistently honor and recognize our Hip-Hop legends while their still with us," said museum founder Jeremy Beaver. "KRS-ONE recently made a statement about the outpouring of love and respect we see when Hip-Hop legends pass away, and I agree with his sentiments. This is a great opportunity for The National Hip-Hop Museum to consistently and frequently honor and give flowers to American music heroes while they're still with us."
