The 4th World Culture Festival will be held in Washington D.C. on the National Mall from Sept. 29-Oct. 1. This year's festival, the first to take place in the United States, will feature more than 50 world leaders and 17,000 global artists from all cultural traditions.

The festival will also feature food, music, and dance from over 180 countries. Hip-Hop culture will be well represented at the festival, with over 100 performers and icons representing the four foundational elements of Hip-Hop.

"There will be 75 B-Boys, 15 Graffiti Artists, 15 DJs and 10 MCs," Kurtis Blow told Rock The Bells. "Myself, and MC Sha-Rock will be performing and at least 30 legends including Kool Herc will be there."

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser expressed her excitement for the festival. "We are incredibly excited and proud to announce that Washington, D.C. will host the fourth World Culture Festival in 2023. From September 29 to October 1, we will come together on the National Mall for a celebration of culture, diversity and unity,"she said.
