Dr. Dre is adding another accolade to his already impressive list of accomplishments. Dre is set to be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next Tuesday (3/19) according to the organization's website. Snoop Dogg and Jimmy Iovine are expected to speak at the event which takes place at 6840 Hollywood Blvd.

Dre will be receiving the 2725th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and he will be honored in the recording category. Dre follows Salt -N- Pepa, Ludacris, Tupac, Ice Cube,50 Cent, LL COOL J, Queen Latifah, and Missy Elliot as Hip-Hop artists who have received the prestigious honor.

In other Dr. Dre news, he and Snoop Dogg recently announced their new ready to drink canned beverage, Gin & Juice .The drink's name is based on Snoop & Dre's massive Grammy nominated hit "Gin & Juice" from Snoop's 1993 debut album Doggystyle.

"Together, we always try to create magic, we're having fun being creative, and everything about this product is really us," says Dr. Dre. "There's passion behind it, and friendship and love and a culture. We're shooting to make everything we do magnificent, and fortunately, most of the time we hit the target."
