Cordae has kicked off the rollout of his upcoming sophomore album, A Bird’s Eye View, with a brand new song and music video where the Maryland emcee flaunts his bank account and rise to fame.
On Thursday (October 7), Cordae dropped his new single “Super” along with a music video directed by Arrad. On the track, Cordae flexes his Coco-Cola Superbowl commercial, claims he’s the greatest out and addresses his split from now-defunct trio YBN. The single is an up-tempo banger, a great way to kick off the rollout of his highly anticipated album, A Bird’s Eye View.
“Last year, I made seven million, didn’t have to do a single fuckin’ show/Shout out to my n-ggas up at Coca-Cola for the check they cut me at the Super Bowl/All my life moments is a super roll, my n-gga Dr. Dre, he got a Super Bowl,” he raps.
The emcee has impressed contemporary hip-hop fans and OGs alike. Yonkers legend, Jadakiss, says that a Cordae collaboration is on his “bucket list.”
