Beastie Boys are partnering with toy manufacturer Super 7 to release a line of action figures based on The Beasties "Sabotage" alter egos as portrayed in the music video. The video, which was directed by Spike Jonze, portrayed the Beastie Boys as fictional 1970s movie stars. The song is from the Beastie Boys' 1994 critically acclaimed album Ill Communication.

The figures cost around $20 each and will be available in early September. Super 7 has previously released figures bearing the likenesses of Run-DMC, Grandmaster Flash, The Notorious B.I.G., and Turbo & Ozone from Breakin'.

"Music inspires everything that Super 7 does and we all have songs and artists that are the soundtracks to our lives," the company said in a statement.

Earlier this year, the Beastie Boys were honored with a street named after them. On Thursday (7/14) New York City Council approved "Beastie Boys Square" at the corner of Ludlow and Rivington streets in Manhattan's Lower East Side. The site was the location of Lee's Sportswear, the clothing store featured on The Beasties' critically acclaimed second album, Paul's BoutiqueFans have been fighting for the street naming since 2014, and Thursday's vote followed one that was postponed in June. "Took a long time, but Hip-Hop don't stop," said Leroy McCarthy, the biggest advocate for Beastie Boys Square.
