Berkeley - A city located in the East Bay known for its progressive culture and being home to the University of California, Berkeley.
Broccoli - Coined by E-40. Marijuana, sometimes it references money

Cattin’ Off - Doing silly things
Cream - Crack cocaine
East Bay - A region of the Bay Area that includes cities like Oakland, Berkeley, and Richmond.
Fasheezy - For sure. A term that E-40 says is derived from Fo-shizzle and already existed in the streets, but he and Too $hort said it on records first.
Fasho - A derivative if Fasheezy
Finna - A slang term used to mean "fixing to" or "going to."
For The F - To get something for free
For The Low - To get a discount on something
Gassed - Hyped up, confident or excited. Amped. Also to outdo someone is to gas them
