The LOX and Scarface Meet Up In Houston On Juneteenth
The LOX performed for a special Father's Day at Houston's Bar 1505 and afterwards met up backstage with the Houston rap legend Scarface on Juneteenth. The rap superstars showed love to each other at the venue, with Styles posting a clip on Instagram.
"Everything is big in Texas even the love!!" Styles P of The Lox captioned in his social media post. "@brothermob @traeabn love is love...always keeping it gee." The Lox and Face are far from strangers to each other; with Jadakiss collaborating with Face on 2000's "WWII" and "Never Surrender;" and Face appearing on "Go Hard" with Styles P.
Face, Sheek and Styles all made an appearance on the late DJ Kay Slay's "Lights Glowing."
Scarface recently announced his Farewell Tour kicking off in Oakland California on July 8th and ending in Odessa, Texas on August 27; with stops in New York, Los Angeles, Denver, CO and Birmingham, AL. The August 6 stop of the tour at LL COOL J’s Rock The Bells Festival in Queens, N.Y. marks the 20th anniversary of Face’s 2002 album, The Fix.
