Kanye West and J. Prince Connect With Shyne in Belize

Kanye West has been a busy man this week, after spending some time hanging out in Houston, linking up with local legends Scarface and his good friend J. Prince. Now it appears that Ye and the Rap-A-Lot Records founder took a trip to Belize to link up with rapper and Belizian politician Shyne.

Both Prince and Shyne shared photos and videos of the trip. “I’m ending 2021 with a bang on Prince Island. We’re In the water strategizing out future moves for 2022. We Love Belize,” Prince captioned his Instagram post.

In a clip that Shyne shared to IG, Ye says, “Yo, I love Belize. I love Shyne; I’m so happy to be here. We’re going to be back. Love y’all.”

TMZ reported that Ye has been in Belize since Wednesday and that Prince owns an Island in Central America. The two have been working closely together lately, with the music executive being instrumental in Kanye and Drake’s recent reuniting for the Free Larry Hoover concert in Los Angeles on Dec. 9.

Shyne is a native of Belize. He previously lived in New York City, where he became a rapper. Following a stint in prison, he was deported to his home country and was appointed the position of musical goodwill ambassador, where he was in charge of developing the country’s music industry.
