Eminem Disses 6ix9ine In New Song With Cordae

By Kiani Shabazz

Eminem makes a guest appearance on Cordae’s new album From a Bird’s Eye View on the track  “Parables.” During his verse, he takes the opportunity to diss Tekashi 6ix9ine with a Meek Mill reference.

Em embodies his inner Slim Shady with the heavy pop-culture references and disses, rapping about everyone from Cheech and Chong to Dr. Dre. One victim hit in the crossfire was the infamous Brooklyn rapper 6ix9ine, as Em delivers a brutal diss toward the rainbow-haired emcee.

“It’s so hard for me to fathom this was once my life / Shit’ll make you wanna cop-out like a plea deal / So I treat a beat like it’s Tekashi, spit on that bitch like Meek Mill,” Em raps at the beginning of his verse. He appears to be referencing Meek’s run-ins with the 6ix9ine. The two ran into each other last year outside of an Atlanta club, and Meek claimed he spat on 6ix9ine.

Em previously dissed 6ix9ine on his track “Zeus,” on which he rapped, “She says I am trash, but she listens to Tekashi.”
